General questions a responsible adult would ask
2-3 working days (UK)
5-15 working days (Europe)
10-30 working days (Rest of the world)
Yes. However, since we’re based in the UK, shipping outside of Europe will cost more than the mug itself until we expand in the near future.

Returning something is a headache, so if your mug(s) is damaged or flawed, we’ll provide you with a full refund or a free replacement, shipping on us.
Just message us with a photo of the mug at mymugisbroken.help@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving it.
This won’t be the case. If it is, which it won’t, contact us and we’ll find a solution together, whether it’s a full refund or a collaboration to solve the issue.
The mugs have an ORCA coating, known for their high-quality, durability, and vibrancy. ORCA coatings are considered industry leaders, stating
“A LIFESPAN OF 10 YEARS - EVEN IF YOU WASH IT ON A DAILY BASIS!”
That’s the theory, anyway. Let us know in 10 years.
Safer than most decisions you’ve made. But yes - wash and heat your mug(s) as your heart desires, or your electricity and water budgets let you.
Treat it with reverence and tell it looks beautiful.
11oz, which is about 312ml of tea or coffee. This is the typical size of a normal mug you’ll find in your cupboard.

Not Frequently Asked Questions
The kind of questions a kid would ask
Short answer:
Is it comfortable to hold without burning me?
Long answer:
A simple question on the surface, but one that reveals an elegant dance between ergonomics, thermodynamics, and material science.
It’s not just a loop to shove your fingers through. Oh no. It’s a thermally insulated, finger-hugging, gravity-defying marvel of everyday engineering.
The science behind the perfect mug handle is all about human-centred design.
At its core, it must balance comfort, thermal protection, and structural stability.
Ergonomics:
The handle should allow the average hand to slip in 2-3 fingers comfortably without cramping. Designers often consider the 5th to 95th percentile of hand sizes, ensuring it’s neither too tight nor too large. The curve and thickness of the handle affect grip fatigue and overall comfort.
Thermal Isolation:
Handles are thermally isolated zones, which means they must remain cool while the mug body holds hot liquid. The shape, material, and where the handle joins the body all affect heat transfer. A good design minimises conduction to avoid burning the fingers.
Structural Strength:
The joint between the handle and mug is a stress point. It must endure repeated use, dishwashing, and the torque of being held sideways with liquid inside. Ceramic handles are usually formed and fired with the body as one piece or joined with slip before firing to ensure strength.
Balance and Weight Distribution:
A poorly positioned handle shifts the centre of gravity, making the mug feel off-balance or heavy. The perfect handle positions your wrist in a neutral, relaxed position - ideally with the mug’s weight evenly distributed beneath it.
So while it may seem like a small design detail, the perfect mug handle is a result of engineering meets intuition, shaped by both science and the feel in your fingers.
Who would’ve figured that so much thought went into something we overlook day-to-day. It makes you think, doesn’t it? Nothing is as meets the eye.
You tell us. Maybe we’ll create a questionnaire test to match you with your perfect mug, who knows?
We know what you’re thinking: “Should I? What if I get attached?”
We say - do it. If it speaks to you, name it. Connection is sacred - even to objects. Especially to objects that meet you every morning before anyone else does.
Just don't ask us for a cirtificate. We don't have that kind of money.
Nothing yet. We'll keep you updated.
Here’s the answer of one reddit comment:
“A mug has a handle and cup is anything that holds beverages. All mugs are cups, but not all cups are mugs.”
Who knew, ey?
For maximum shine and spiritual alignment, we recommend our all-purpose, premium, organic mug soap. Use code ‘welovetoscamourcustomers123’ at checkout for 5% off. Just kidding - unless you’re royalty or you’re launching your mug into space, regular soap is fine.
No. Get out.
Spiritually? Yes. Practically? No. Don’t worry, mugs don’t hold grudges. Bring it back into the light, fill it up, and it’ll forgive you instantly. That’s the kind of loyalty we build with them.
It’s more stable than most relationships, so yes. We think it’s not only normal, but healthy. Your mug won’t interrupt you, give you unsolicited advice, or ghost you. Honestly, it’s better company than most apps and half of humanity before 9am.
Behind the scenes
Take a peak behind the veil
At the end of the day, our mugs are just - simply - mugs. Nothing less, nothing more.
Meaning isn’t always found in the grandiose; it often lives in the mundane - in the quiet moments, gentle reminders, subtle acknowledgments, or passing contemplations.
It takes only a second to plant a seed whose roots grow silently, shaping us in ways we don’t realise.
A sip, a glance, a quiet laugh - these small moments often become the ones we look back on with nostalgia, stitched into memory by the object we held at the time…
Only to realise that the deepest impact enters through our peripheral vision - and stays, even when we never look at it head on..
Impact isn’t always loud — it whispers, until one day, it bleeds into our day.
And sometimes, what takes a second to notice requires a lifetime to forget.
With a spontaneous vision, a coffee, and a cigarette in the early mornings of dull, British winter days.
Each mug embodies a truth, and every collection reflects a philosophy. We’re not just a brand — we’re the convergence of soul and commerce, redefining the habitual yet sacred act of shared presence through a warm beverage.
Each mug is a reminder, a thought-provoker, a conversation piece. In short, we don’t make designs that sell — we create messages that resonate. To us, profit is secondary: a byproduct of our mission being felt, not the reason we exist.
Soul intuition.
James Baldwin once said, "Creative work is spiritual work, and it's in this work where we heal wounds we didn't know existed." Well, we believe healing is not exclusive to the person, but rather extends to the collective.
Our creative process is a deeply personal, meditative one. It begins with a pull. A whisper. A moment of resonance - by and of a passing thought or a fleeting feeling. It can be something as big as an upcoming event, or as small as something we catch at the corner of our eye that makes us smile or stop to ponder.
People’s interactions with the world around them create these ‘moments’, and here lies our source of inspiration.
And as long as the sun rises and people get out of bed in the morning, we’ll always remain inspired to create.
It hit the sweet spot - enough to build something real, but never to exploit what's meaningful.
Our vision is rooted in the present and not in a future we’re chasing. We know - 'unconventional'.
We'll be open with you: a part of us believes our mugs might one day become a household staple, but we’re not driven by that. We’re rooted in creation today, not in its consequences tomorrow.
Our vision for the future is no different from our vision now - to create, to learn, to collaborate…
To remind what has been forgotten.
To provoke what has become stagnant.
And to inspire what has been suppressed.
We know this isn’t your typical corporate BS about changing the world and building a better life for all.
Maybe our mugs won’t change the world, but maybe they’ll change yours, and that’s enough for us.
"There are no stupid questions" questions
"Whoever said there's no such thing as stupid question never looked carefully at a standardised test." - Alfie Kohn
No. That's your journey.
We only have one size, so if you do, is it really the ‘wrong’ size?
We don’t police lifestyles.
Girl, you do you. Therapy comes in all shapes and sizes.
Because it’s been there for quiet moments no one else witnessed.
100%. Pain, release, acceptance, rebirth - it’s basically a spiritual cycle. Reordering the same mug isn’t regression; it’s an evolved form of knowing what matters.
Bet you didn't think of that for an answer.
It will, but the experience may be 4% less cinematic. Add a window sigh or distant stare to restore full effect.
Not on its own. But what it holds, reminds, and inspires - maybe.
Yes. Upright.
If you must. But remember, betrayal often starts with shared handles. Ask anyone who’s been logged out of their own Netflix account mid-episode.
